Customer Service Call Center Clerk.
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Call Center Clerk. The potential candidate will be role is responsible for collecting, reviewing, responding, and analyzing data and/or documentation and to ensure compliance with department SLAs, policies, procedures, and/or regulatory and risk requirements in a fast paced environment. May also include the reporting of productivity, quality, and other ad hoc requirements in an accurate and timely manner. Ã¢ÂÂ¢ This position requires customer service experience. Ã¢ÂÂ¢ Most of the day is spent on the phone. Ã¢ÂÂ¢ Banking back ground is a plus. Ã¢ÂÂ¢ his position requires the application of various methods, procedures, and knowledge of the business unitÃ¢ÂÂs product(s) and system application(s). Ã¢ÂÂ¢ This role performs routine, analytical review of data and/or documentation which may include customer data and/or review for fraud/risk activities. Ã¢ÂÂ¢ May assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training materials to maximize efficiency and customer service. Ã¢ÂÂ¢ May perform other such duties as assigned including trouble shooting operational issues. Ã¢ÂÂ¢ May train more junior team members. Ã¢ÂÂ¢ May participate in projects requiring coordination with other teams. Ã¢ÂÂ¢ May serve as primary contact with vendors and/or other business units. Ã¢ÂÂ¢ Maintain/create accurate and timely reports and/or documentation with minimal supervision. Ã¢ÂÂ¢ May perform ad hoc analysis and reporting. Manage competing priorities in an accurate and timely manner. Ã¢ÂÂ¢ Utilize department specific system applications.
